cruisin'

The intermediate step between crawling and walking is called "cruising." Cruising is when kids stand up, hang onto something like a coffee table or couch, and slowly make their way from one end to the other.

Although it feels like he just started crawling not too long ago, Kenny has begun to cruise around. Tonight, I kept moving his favorite toy car from one end of the couch to the other and he kept on ambling his way down the couch to get it. Unfortunately, since I was home alone with him, I don't have any video...but I'll see if Overboard and I can get some soon.

The need to get our recently purchased baby gates in place is becoming undeniable, as the boy looks like he'll be walking sooner than we think!
