kenny at nine weeks old

Overboard took Kenny to the doctor this past week for a checkup, and we're pleased to announce that not only is he doing well, but he's growing like a weed! Our boy is now measuring 22.5 inches and weighs 10 lbs 14 oz. Chunkin' up indeed.

We had a feeling he was going through a growth spurt the other week when he was sleeping more, eating a touch more, and his schedule was all over the place.

Kenny's neck is getting stronger and stronger, and he loves to look around new locations (restaurants, buildings, offices, whatever) to see what's what. He's also taken a liking to sitting in my lap, with my knees up to brace his head and back. This is known as "the Daddy Chair" and makes for some great interaction (and as the previous film clip showed, good comedy).
