As of 3:30pm Central time, Overboard and I officially became the proud owners of a home in the 'burbs (I've got the keys to prove it). There was a lot of paperwork involved, and many documents were signed, initialed, and copied. Our brilliant attorney, Larry, did a fantastic job and even saved us a bit of cash by getting the lenders that be to remove a few unnecessary charges from the bill. And let's face it, at this point, every penny counts.

So now we just need to move our condo. Interested? I think I know some motivated sellers...
